Registered Nurse (Home Health) – Full Time | Western Pennsylvania
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- 1+ year of experience as a Registered Nurse (Home Health experience preferred)
- Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- Valid certifications — any of the following:
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

You will support patient recovery, chronic‑condition management, and overall well‑being through coordinated, efficient, and patient‑centered care.
Top Skills Required
- 1+ year of RN experience (Home Health preferred)
- Active PA RN license
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing
- BLS and CPR certification
