Matrix Home Care is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse for per diem skilled home health visits throughout Broward County.
<\/p>

The Registered Nurse will provide patient -centered care in the home setting, including wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and lab draws. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who enjoys flexible scheduling and providing one -on -one care to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>


<\/p>

• Provide skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home
<\/div>
• Perform wound care treatments as ordered
<\/div>
• Provide medication management and patient education
<\/div>
• Perform IV therapy as ordered and within scope of practice
<\/div>
• Complete lab draws as needed
<\/div>
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
<\/div>
• Follow the patient’s plan of care
<\/div>
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
<\/div>
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and care team members
<\/div>
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Active Florida Registered Nurse license
<\/div>
• Prior home health experience preferred
<\/div>
• Experience with wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and lab draws preferred
<\/div>
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
<\/div>
• Ability to work independently in the home care setting
<\/div>
• Reliable transportation required
<\/div>
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
<\/div>
