Registered Nurse-Hospice Homecare/Case Manager-Albany/Rensselaer-Per DIem

The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a per diem RN to work as part of our Hospice Home Care Team caring for patients and families. Here at St. Peter's Health Partner's, we care for more people in more places.
Availability needed for this per diem position would be during the week (Mon-Fri). Hours generally needed are 8a-4:30p. No weekends or holidays

Work as part of our Hospice Homecare Team with families residing in the Albany/Rensselaer County region.

Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation, preceptors and a supportive work environment.

Per Diem Rates based on monthly hours commitment
Experienced Pay Range for non-per diem: $38.00-$50.18
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
