    Position Overview

    We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients while working alongside a supportive and dedicated healthcare team.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

    • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

    • Apply specialized pediatric critical care training and evidence-based practices in patient treatment.

    • Document patient conditions, treatments, and care plans accurately and efficiently.

    • Support families and caregivers through communication, education, and compassionate interaction.

    Required Qualifications

    • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

    • Active Washington State Registered Nurse License upon hire.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association.

    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification American Heart Association.

    • Minimum of 1 year of PICU nursing experience (post-graduation). Note: Clinical rotations and residency training do not count toward this requirement.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • National certification in area of specialty.
