    Job Opening: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Patients
    Location: Ellenwood, GA, Stockbridge, GA
    Pay: $43 to $45 per hour Part-Time (20 hours per week)

    Company Overview:
    Our client is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their pediatric home care team. This role is essential in providing exceptional, family-centered care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients, including monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and managing medical equipment.
    • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
    • Perform regular health assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
    • Educate patients and families on managing pediatric conditions, medications, and overall care strategies.
    • Ensure the safe use of medical devices and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed.
    • Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for pediatric patients and their families.
    • Maintain strict compliance with healthcare laws, standards, and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must hold an active RN license in the state of Georgia.
    • At least one year of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
    • Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications and managing specialized pediatric care needs.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a family-centered approach to care.
    • Current CPR certification (PALS certification is a plus).
    • Experience working with home health or in-home nursing is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
