    What You’ll Do

    • Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients
    • Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition
    • Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry
    • Respond quickly and appropriately to changes in patient status
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
    • Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes

    What We’re Looking For

    • Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
    • Interest in cardiac, high-acuity, or critical care nursing
    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
    • BLS certification required
    • ACLS preferred; training may be available if needed
    • New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
