Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable outpatient behavioral health facility in Columbus, OH. This part-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and individualized treatment plans.
Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document all care provided.
Collaborate with NPs, therapists, case managers, and administrative staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Participate in treatment planning and patient education.
Monitor for signs of crisis or deterioration and respond appropriately.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Current and valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (behavioral health experience preferred).
Current BLS certification.
Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
