Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) — In-Home Care

Las Vegas, Nevada | Flexible Day and Night Shifts | 2–12-Hour Assignments

Position Overview

We are seeking caring and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in private homes throughout the Las Vegas area. This role is ideal for nurses who value meaningful one-on-one relationships and treat every patient with the dignity, compassion, and attentiveness they would offer a member of their own family.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver safe, respectful, and compassionate nursing care in the patient’s home.

·         Follow the established plan of care and perform duties within the scope of the applicable nursing license.

·         Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate care team.

·         Administer medications and treatments as authorized and assigned.

·         Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

·         Communicate professionally with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

·         Current, unrestricted Nevada LPN or RN license in good standing.

·         Current CPR/BLS or ACLS certification.

·         Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.

·         Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

·         Ability to work independently while following the plan of care and applicable policies.

·         Successful completion of required background checks, health screenings, and onboarding requirements.

Preferred Experience and Qualities

·         Previous home health, private-duty, pediatric, geriatric, or other direct-care nursing experience.

·         A patient-first mindset and a genuine commitment to compassionate care.

·         Reliability, professionalism, adaptability, and respect for patient privacy.

Schedule

Day and night shifts are available, with assignments ranging from 2 to 12 hours. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed availability may be considered based on patient needs and scheduling.
