Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.

Certifications Requirements:

• valid RN license in North Carolina or multi-state compact license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience.
• Experience with circulating, scrub, or charge nurse roles in a surgical setting.
• Proven ability to collaborate with surgical teams and manage intraoperative procedures.

Other Requirements:

• Current Nursys / State license verified and active.
• Strong documentation and supply management skills.
• Ability to adhere to sterile techniques and patient safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Provide intraoperative support by assisting with surgical supplies and equipment management.
