    Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in acute care hospital environments.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based treatment.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
    • Adhere to all U.S. healthcare standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Adapt to diverse clinical settings, shifts, and patient populations with professionalism and resilience.

    Requirements

    • Age 18 to 34 Years 
    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (preferred).
    • Minimum 12 months of recent clinical experience in acute care hospital settings (80+ bed capacity preferred).
    • Experience in one or more of the following specialties: ICU, Medical-Surgical, HDU, Emergency Room (ER), Operating Room (OR).
    • Active, unrestricted RN license in the home country -South Africa
    • English proficiency demonstrated through IELTS or OET (preferred).
    • NCLEX eligibility or completion (candidates preparing for or yet to take NCLEX are welcome to apply).
    • Continuous clinical work history with no significant employment gaps.
    • Willingness to relocate permanently and commit to long-term employment in the United States.
    • Flexibility to work across various shifts and diverse clinical environments.
