This leadership role combines clinical expertise with operational oversight, ensuring patients receive high-quality care while supporting nursing staff across multiple departments.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and are passionate about delivering excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply. What You'll DoProvide leadership and clinical support during the night shiftCoordinate staffing assignments and patient care activitiesAssist with admissions, transfers, and dischargesMonitor patient care delivery and address clinical concernsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team membersSupport and mentor nursing staff while promoting teamworkRespond to changes in patient conditions and emergency situationsProvide direct patient care when neededEnsure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and safety practicesWork areas include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, OB, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, and Transitional Care QualificationsCurrent Montana RN license or Compact RN LicenseMinimum of two years of acute care nursing experiencePrevious charge nurse or leadership experience preferredStrong communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skillsAbility to effectively lead and support a multidisciplinary team Compensation and Employee BenefitsIn addition to competitive pay, we offer recruitment incentives such as a sign-on, relocation, retention, and tuition reimbursement specific to the candidate.
