    Job Summary

    The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. 
    • Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.
    • Ensures safety guidelines and work practices. 
    • Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members.
    • Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility. 

    Qualifications

    • Special Skills
      • We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. 
      • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. 
      • Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure.
      • Demonstrates excellent customer service and basic computer skills.

    • Minimum Requirements
      • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school
      • Certifications:
        • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
        • BLS required at hire
        • ACLS required within 30-days.
    • Preferred Requirements
      • Education: BSN
