    Are you an ICU nurse looking to work in a high-acuity environment where no two days are the same? We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join a Neuro Trauma ICU team that cares for some of the most complex neurological and trauma patients in the region.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
    • Deliver care to critically ill neurological and trauma patients
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Maintain continuity of care during shift changes and patient transfers
    • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care needs
    • Follow age-specific safety, infection prevention, and quality standards

    • High-acuity Neuro Trauma ICU environment
    • Complex neuroscience and stroke-related cases
    • Severe trauma cases including motor vehicle accidents, gunshot wounds, and other critical injuries

    Schedule

    • Full-Time
    • Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
    • 36 hours per week
    • Weekend and holiday rotation required


    Requirements

    Qualifications

    Required

    • RN license in Texas (or compact state)
    • ADN or Nursing Diploma
    • Minimum 1 year of RN experience or completion of an RN Residency Program
    • BLS certification
    • ACLS certification
    • CPI certification within 30 days of hire

    Preferred

    • BSN
    • ICU nursing experience
