Registered Nurse (RN) – Nashville, TN

A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role is responsible for coordinating nursing services, monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to appropriate healthcare providers

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established standards of care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care

• Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs

• Assist with care planning, assessments, and patient progress evaluations

• Support compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards

• Supervise and provide guidance to nursing support staff as appropriate

• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment

• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment

• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care settings preferred
