    A leading healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Medical/Surgical Telemetry team. This part-time opportunity offers the chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards

    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

    • Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status

    • Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care that promotes optimal patient outcomes

    • Delegate appropriate patient care activities to members of the healthcare team

    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care

    • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

    • Demonstrate professional accountability and participate in ongoing professional development activities

    • Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality care and patient safety

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

    • Minimum of six months of acute care nursing experience required

    • Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical assessment skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
