Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Overview:

Pay Package: $2,136 Weekly
Shift: 6:45am - 7:15pm


Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting
  • Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Other Requirements:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, accreditation standards, and healthcare compliance standards
  • Ability to perform heavy physical work, including exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, in line with physical demands of the role
  • Willingness to work directly in patient care areas, with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
  • May require shift work and adherence to safety protocols regarding hazardous medications and waste
