Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical status.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient-care environment.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN License or applicable compact license.
• Previous Med Surg nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
