Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Coordinate MDS assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the MDS process

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers

• Monitor and report on patient outcomes, quality indicators, and other metrics

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida

• 1 years of experience as a RN or relevant experience in a healthcare setting

• Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC) Certification is preferred

• Strong understanding of MDS requirements and regulations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
