Expected pay for this position is $36.56 - $48.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview:POSITION SUMMARY: The Nurse Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and evaluating the operations of assigned Hospital Outpatient Department(s). Ensures the provision of high quality care and services in accordance with Medical Center policy and regulatory requirements. Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of new services in order to achieve fiscal year business plans. Manages financial, capital, and human resources to ensure services meet established quality and productivity standards, and implements corrective action as necessary.
Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
Licenses/Certifications: Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing Experience: 3 years of experience in nursing
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters of Science in Nursing
