Facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent, full-time overnight position. Key Responsibilities
• Implement the nursing process, including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and documentation
• Provide individualized patient care across the continuum of care
• Assess actual and potential health concerns and develop appropriate care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve patient outcomes
• Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards
• Document patient conditions, care provided, and outcomes accurately
• Evaluate patient responses to treatment and modify care plans as needed
• Maintain professional nursing standards and regulatory compliance
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota or applicable state(s) of practice
• Must have completed supervised clinical training or possess a minimum of 400 hours of RN experience
• Ability to maintain required competencies, certifications, and continuing education requirements
