• Trach care experience required<\/span>
<\/div>
• Feeding tube experience preferred<\/span>
<\/div>
• One -on -one patient care in the home setting<\/span>
<\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/span>

• Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring throughout the shift<\/span>
<\/div>
• Trach care and respiratory monitoring<\/span>
<\/div>
• Feeding tube management and support<\/span>
<\/div>
• Medication administration as ordered<\/span>
<\/div>
• Observe and report changes in patient condition<\/span>
<\/div>
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation<\/span>
