Permanent Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse / RN
Shift: Nights
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday.
Position Summary:
Unit Overview: 10-bed LDRP unit with a Level II Special Care Nursery. Care includes labor and delivery, postpartum/couplets, nursery, and OB/GYN post-op patients.
Patient Ratios: Active labor 1:1; postpartum/couplet care 3:1; latent labor 2:1.
Float Requirements: MS4, ICU, ER, and Skilled Nursing.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring; may be obtained through the facility within six months of hire. Relocation Assistance: Up to $2,500; proof/receipts required.
Pay Rate Note: Starting base pay of $37.85/hr for new graduates with no experience or RNs without a BSN; $39.36/hr base for RNs with a BSN. Additional compensation based on experience.
