Facility: Kernersville Medical Center | Location: Kernersville, NC | Position Type: Full-Time | Work Schedule: Day Shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.

What You'll Do:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Provide evidence-based nursing care to adult medical and post-surgical patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established standards
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience
