About the Role:Presidential Home Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Canton, GA. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions in a home care setting
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety
- Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to quality care
