Description

A health services network in California is looking to boost its Residential Care staff with the addition of a new, licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day shift
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am tp 5pm
  • Setting: Residential care

Responsibilities:

  • Assess residents regularly and monitor changes in condition
  • Develop, implement, and update nursing and healthcare plans
  • Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight within the home
  • Coordinate with physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and compliance updates
  • Support and supervise LVNs and Direct Support Professionals as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Nursing experience
  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification
  • Experience working with adults with mental and/or physical disabilities
  • G-tube experience

Desired Skills:

  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience with developmental disabilities and person-centered care
  • Experience managing chronic medical conditions and specialized healthcare needs
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a residential care environment
