RN Leadership & Admissions Role
Lead the Evening Nursing Team
Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to lead evening nursing operations and assist with resident admissions.
This position combines hands-on clinical leadership with admissions responsibilities, helping ensure smooth transitions for new residents while supporting the nursing team throughout the evening shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for evening nursing operations.
- Complete nursing assessments and required documentation for new admissions.
- Review admission records, physician orders, medications, and care needs.
- Coordinate new admissions with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs throughout the facility.
- Conduct rounds and respond to changes in resident condition, staffing needs, and emergencies.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Support accurate documentation, infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Previous nursing experience required.
- Nursing Supervisor, House Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or other leadership experience preferred.
- Admissions and skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
