Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - $10K Sign On 

Florida - Fort Walton Beach

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation ($30 - $48 per hour)
  
• Sign on for RNs with 1 year of RN experience doesnt have to be in a hospital 
  
• Open to RNs in all specialties (LTAC, SNF, Home Health, and ETC) 
  
• Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) available
  
• Shift Differential:  Nights $4.25 per hr.

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license 
  
• 1 year as a RN
  
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
  
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty
  

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience with any background
  
• Beds depending on location and department
  
• Proper patient ratios
  
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
