    A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its patient care team. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and helping patients achieve positive health outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    • Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans

    • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment

    • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and recovery expectations

    • Promote patient safety and adherence to clinical standards

    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient care programs

    Qualifications

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain

    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or ability to obtain

    • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
