Local Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Albuquerque, NM
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,800 (Based on Experience)
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Local Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
Job Description:

• Deliver in-home nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Complete comprehensive assessments using OASIS documentation standards
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and disease management
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team and ensure continuity of care
• Utilize WellSky/Kinnser EMR for timely and accurate documentation
• Travel within designated areas with mileage reimbursement provided

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
• OASIS documentation experience is required
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required
