Requirements:

- Oasis Experience Highly Preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community health.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home health.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
