About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our agency on a
PRN/Part-Time basis.
The RN will assist with client assessments, supervisory visits, caregiver education and training, quality assurance, documentation review, and other nursing and administrative responsibilities.
The RN will also
assist the Agency Administrator with operations, compliance, and client/caregiver needs. The selected RN will be designated and trained to
serve as Alternate Administrator when needed, providing backup support during the Administrator's absence.

Responsibilities
- Conduct RN client assessments and reassessments
- Perform supervisory and follow-up visits
- Assist with client service plans and monitor client needs
- Provide nursing guidance and support to caregivers
- Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency evaluations
- Review client/caregiver documentation for quality and completeness
- Assist with quality assurance and regulatory compliance
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and agency staff
- Assist with policies, procedures, and training materials
- Assist the Administrator with agency operations as needed
- Serve as Alternate Administrator when needed or during the Administrator's absence
- Assist with state surveys, audits, and compliance matters as appropriate
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license
- RN license in good standing
- Home care, home health, senior care, long-term care, or related experience preferred
- Experience with caregivers, CNAs, or PCAs is a plus
- Dependable, organized, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn home care administration and compliance
- Must be able to fulfill agency requirements for the designated Alternate Administrator
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes as needed
Compensation
Administrative, Training & Agency Support:$38.00–$42.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus mileage reimbursement for approved business travel.
RN Client Assessments:$80.00–$85.00 per completed assessment, depending on assessment type and/or experience.
Schedule
This is a
PRN/Part-Time position with a flexible schedule. Hours and visits will vary based on client census, assessments, supervisory visits, training, administrative needs, and other agency needs.
No minimum number of hours or visits is guaranteed.
