Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home assessments and follow-up visits throughout Passaic County, New Jersey.

This position focuses on approximately one-hour clinical visits with no facility shifts or extended cases. The role is ideal for experienced RNs looking for a flexible schedule while providing high-quality patient assessments and clinical oversight in the home care setting.

Compensation

• $100 flat rate for each initial assessment (approximately one hour)

• $70 flat rate for each follow-up visit (approximately one hour)

• Compensation includes travel between client visits

Service Area

Visits are scheduled throughout Passaic County, including:

• Paterson

• Clifton

• Passaic

• Wayne

• Totowa

• Woodland Park

• Little Falls

• Hawthorne

• Prospect Park

• Haledon

• Pompton Lakes

• Ringwood

We strive to keep visits within a reasonable driving radius whenever possible.

Responsibilities

• Complete new client in-home assessments

• Conduct follow-up supervisory visits

• Develop and update individualized care plans

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregivers

• Complete timely and accurate documentation

• Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations

Schedule

• Extremely flexible scheduling

• Ideal for supplemental income alongside another nursing position

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Home care or community nursing experience preferred
