In this role, you'll provide skilled nursing care, oversee resident care delivery, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents.What You'll DoAsses, monitor, and evaluate resident health statusAdminister medications, treatments, and nursing interventionsDevelop, implement, and update individualized care plansDocument assessments, care, and resident progress accuratelyCollaborate with providers, residents, families, and care team membersIdentify and report changes in resident conditionsParticipate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetingsSupervise and support CNAs and other non-licensed staffPromote compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and facility policiesContribute to a safe, respectful, and resident-focused environmentQualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or Compact LicenseStrong clinical assessment and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesLeadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor staffProficiency with electronic health records and basic computer programsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds as neededAbility to perform the physical demands associated with direct resident care Schedule DetailsFull-time, three 12-hour shiftsWeekend and holiday rotation requiredCompensation and Employee BenefitsIn addition to competitive pay, we offer recruitment incentives such as a sign-on, relocation, retention, and tuition reimbursement specific to the candidate.
