Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis - Acute

You will assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, safely operate dialysis equipment, administer prescribed medications, monitor for treatment-related complications, and collaborate closely with nephrologists and the multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient care. Job Description: As an RN Acute Dialysis Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to hospitalized patients requiring acute hemodialysis or continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

Schedule: 3x12s, Day Shift
Hours per week: At least 36 hours

Compensation:
Local Pay: $65/hr

Travel Pay:
Overall Weekly Pay: $2,448.36
Weekly Stipend: $1,480.36
W2 Hourly Rate: $28

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) required.
• Active RN license (State or Multi-State Compact).
• Floating is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year of dialysis nursing experience within the last five years.

• Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments, monitoring vital signs, fluid balance, and overall clinical status.
• Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment while ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage vascular access devices, including AV fistulas, grafts, and central venous catheters.
• Administer prescribed medications and respond promptly to dialysis-related emergencies and complications.
