Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour on weekends
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our day shift nursing team.
As an RN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our interdisciplinary team to provide quality care for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
- Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
