☀️ POSITION OVERVIEW – RN CHARGE NURSE
As a Day Shift RN Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care while helping coordinate the daily nursing operations of the medical department.
You'll serve as a clinical resource for the nursing team and help ensure patients receive safe, timely, and appropriate care.
Responsibilities may include:
Providing and coordinating nursing care
Supporting and directing nursing staff during the shift
Conducting patient assessments and responding to changes in condition
Administering medications and treatments
Prioritizing patient care needs and nursing assignments
Communicating with providers and members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Assisting nursing staff with clinical questions and patient-care concerns
Ensuring established nursing policies, procedures, and standards are followed
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supporting continuity and quality of patient care
Helping maintain an organized and effective medical department
✅ QUALIFICATIONS
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to effectively support and guide nursing staff
Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred
Ability to successfully complete a thorough background check and facility security clearance
