Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to patients at 4460 Broad River Road, Columbia, SC 29210. The RN will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care while working collaboratively with healthcare and correctional facility staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and treatment to patients.
Assess patient conditions and monitor changes in health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Respond appropriately to urgent and emergency medical situations.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and applicable regulations.
Promote patient safety and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Relevant nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
