    In this role, you will provide nursing care, care coordination, and case management for children and youth with special health care needs while partnering with families and an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. Whether you're an experienced nurse or a recent graduate, we encourage you to apply. Specialty experience in genetics, neurology, or pediatric care is not required—comprehensive orientation, mentorship, and program-specific training are provided.


    Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    The Georgia Department of Public Health Commissioner and leaders encourage all employees to engage in regular wellness activities and to make lifestyle choices that promote health and well-being.
