The Clinical Practice Specialist (CPS) is a professional nurse, an expert practitioner in nursing and a member of the nursing leadership team who implements the mission and philosophy of Northeast Hospital Corporation. The CPS promotes safe care for patients by keeping patient safety as a focus of all unit operations and clinical practices. The principal role of this position is to ensure that clinical practice is consistent with standards and evidence-based policies and procedures. The CPS serves as a consultant, teacher and role model to all Nursing Staff and the novice workforce. The CPS contributes to the delivery of patient care through development and support of nursing staff, collaboration with patients and their families and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Pay Range:
$71,491.50 USD - $157,135.50 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
