A-Line Staffing is now hiring Registered Nurses in Campbellsville, KY 42718!
Pay: $49.81 per hour
Location: 175 West Bear Track Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718
Work Location: Onsite
Coverage Area: Taylor County (Campbellsville) and Green County (Greensburg)
Schedule
Monday–Friday
On-call: 2–3 days per week
Hours: 40 hours are not guaranteed
Productivity requirement: 30 points per week
Mileage reimbursement: $0.49 per mile

The Registered Nurse will provide nursing assessments, care planning, health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management for individuals in community or small facility settings. This role involves coordinating care with healthcare professionals, monitoring medication management, maintaining nursing documentation, and supporting health and safety initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals who are well, chronically ill, or acutely ill.
- Develop and implement care plans focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address health and safety concerns.
- Perform nursing procedures, including wound care, wound VAC management, IVs, catheter care, injections, and lab draws.
- Monitor medication ordering, administration, storage, access, discontinuation, and disposal in accordance with physician orders and established policies.
- Report changes in individuals’ conditions to physicians and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Transcribe or ensure accurate transcription of physician telephone orders and other medical reports.
- Complete required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual nursing documentation, including nursing notes and progress reports.
- Maintain equipment, furnishings, and supplies according to infection prevention and safety standards.
- Supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed.
- Coordinate healthcare appointments and ensure recommended follow-up is completed.
- Communicate with inpatient nursing teams and discharge coordinators when individuals are hospitalized.
- Provide new employee training and annual recertification training on health and safety topics.
- Train unlicensed staff on individual-specific health maintenance, safety, and disease prevention needs.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Clinical nursing skills, including wound care, wound VACs, IVs, catheter care, injections, and lab draws.
- Ability to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
- Ability to coordinate care with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to provide staff training and supervision as needed.
- Ability to travel within Taylor and Green counties for onsite care responsibilities.
