WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and Nursing Assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families about care and recovery
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and independence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred
• New graduate RNs encouraged to apply
