    Description:

    At Johnson Memorial Hospital the Administrative Nurse Supervisor provides overall on-site nursing and administrative support for the hospital.  Responding to emergencies, addressing patient and family concerns, staffing, and supporting the nursing staff.     What you will do


    In the Administrative Nurse Supervisor role, you support the overall hospital clinically and administratively.  Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in the delivery of patient care.


    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.  BSN graduate preferred.
    • Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
    • Certification: BLS prior to hire.  ACLS, FCCS and CPI/NCI (within one year of hire).
    • Experience: Progressive nursing experience in a variety of settings including critical care required.  Previous experience in nursing supervision preferred.

    Salary Pay Range: $82,461.60 to $131,976.00


    Pay is based on RN experience. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
