Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical needs

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Ensure resident care meets facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
