    Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift 11PM-7AM | Full-Time |

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on a full-time basis for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. The RN will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
    • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
    • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
    • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other direct care staff.
    • Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment.

    Qualifications

    • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
    • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Current BLS/CPR certification required.
