Registered Nurse (Oncology Infusion) We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join a fast-growing oncology and hematology care team dedicated to delivering advanced cancer treatment in a patient-centered environment. This is a hands-on clinical role where you will directly impact patients and families navigating some of the most critical moments in their healthcare journey.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a specialized infusion setting administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologic agents, and supportive care medications while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team.
What Youll Do
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biologics, and supportive medications per physician orders
- Closely monitor patients during infusion treatments for reactions and clinical changes
- Document care, medication administration, and patient response accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up care
- Identify and respond to treatment-related complications in real time
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
What You Bring
- Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced infusion or acute care environment
- Ability to provide clear, compassionate patient education
Schedule
- 4/10 hour days, Mon-Tue, Thu-Fri 7:30a-6p (RDO Wednesday)
