Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is result management for the Rheumatology department, with the nurse serving as an integral part of the patient care team. Responsibilities include:

• Managing drug authorization requests
• Responding to EPIC in-basket messages
• Complex follow up with Providers
• Patient education

Requirements

Education:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam

License Requirements:

• RN license with the state of Maryland

Certification Requirements:

• CPR

Salary Information

Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
