Pay Range: Hourly Rate: $29.73 – $43.20/hr (based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr
Weekend Shift Differential: $3.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze assessment data to determine diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient
- Act as an advocate for patient safety
- Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment
- Educate patients regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
- Provide patients and their families with support throughout their stay

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Experience: 1 year of RN experience required – open to any setting (LTAC, Home Health, etc.)
- License: Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain FL license after relocation.
- Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Ratio: 7:1 Nurse to Patient Ratio
- Unit Beds: 45
- Commutable Distance: Candidate must live within 60 minutes of facility
- Interview Process: If virtual interview is done, an in-person interview (including shadow, facility tour, and administration member interview) will be required before offer
