RN-Meical step down unit, 6-20 beds, ratio: 1 to 4 patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hyperensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney disease, TDM2, Substance abuse, Status Epilepticus, Encephalopathy. In addition, they must work either Christmas Eve and Christmas Day OR New Year s Eve and New Year s Day.
