Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive professional nursing care within a multi-specialty clinic setting. This role supports patients across the continuum of their clinic experience by performing assessments, coordinating care, addressing clinical needs in person and through patient communication channels, and ensuring safe high-quality care delivery. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic team members to promote positive patient outcomes, efficient workflows, and an excellent patient experience. Responsibilities include patient evaluations, clinical support, patient education, follow-up, and ongoing care coordination aligned with Preveas professional nursing standards and in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
