    Role SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) supports pre-op, PACU, and stepdown patient care. This position is responsible for assessing patients, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring recovery, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.

    Schedule

    • Full-time, Monday–Friday

    • No nights, weekends, holidays, or on call

    What You’ll Do

    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in perioperative settings

    • Monitor patient status and respond to changes during recovery

    • Document accurately and communicate effectively with team members and patients

    • Maintain sterile environments and adhere to safety protocols

    • Support patient education and post-op instructions

    What You’ll Bring

    • Graduate of an accredited RN program

    • Current RN license

    • At least 1 year of OR or perioperative nursing experience (within last 3–5 years)

    • Current BLS (ACLS required within 6 months)

    • Preferred: Member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN)

    • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

    • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterity

    • Exposure to surgical environments, equipment, and patient care areas
